Known around the office as “Keene”, Jon believes his success is a result of his willful and determined attitude. In his own words, "When faced with a problem, I am extremely ‘determined’ to fix it. Not stubborn, never stubborn... but determined." A misconception he believes people have about his position is how often they think their lack of knowledge with technology may frustrate him, but it actually does quite the opposite. Jon thrives on the opportunity to teach others how to avoid a problem or keep it from reoccurring. You may not, however, want to participate in him teaching you how to prep a squirrel for dinner or any other weird foods he likes to partake in, including shark fin and raw squid.
